Refund policy

• In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 14 days of delivery.
• In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return items received will be checked for quality. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense (if requested by you). No amount will be reimbursed in this case nor will the new/exchanged pair be dispatched.
• Exchanges for a particular product are subject to the availability of the product.
• In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Process: In order to return an item, kindly contact us via email and mention your order ID.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly email us in case of cancellation. After 24 hours of placing the order, cancellation is not possible.
